![]() Framerate seemed stable enough, but still not sure as I made a custom game without other players. I tried disabling speedstep from the bios, and tested it in league. Now, I didn't try any benchmarks, but i did try running some CPU-intensive tasks like rendering in AE, playing a project with lots of VSTs in reaper and playing league. So i load up the intel turbo boost monitor thing, and I see it's on "energy saving" 99% of the time, save for a few jumps to 1.80ghz which is nothing tbh (the 720qm should reach well over 2 ghz). Weird thing is that it dropped to 30 fps on both very low and very high graphics settings. ![]() It had been running at 500 mhz instead of 700, which fixed after uninstalling then reinstalling graphics drivers (5870m).Īnyway, this still didn't fix my fps drops. I've been getting some severe frame drops recently, so i decided to check my graphics card.
